Our housing association client in Glasgow is seeking a Welfare Rights Assistant on a 4-month contract (with potential extension) to join their team ASAP.

The Role: You'll provide expert welfare rights advice and support to tenants, helping them navigate benefits and entitlements within a supportive housing environment. You will also:

  • Assist tenants with completing benefit applications and appeals
  • Provide guidance on debt management and financial inclusion
  • Work closely with housing officers to identify and support tenants in need
  • Deliver workshops or one-to-one sessions on welfare rights where required

Requirements:
