Working Pattern: Shift work, rotating AM/PM shifts. Working 6 days out of 7.

Role Summary:

The Ticketing Control Room Duty Lead will act as the main ticketing point of contact within the control room during their shift. The role will support live issue management, daily reporting, information flow, and escalation across the venue ticketing teams and wider Games Operation Centre (GOC) control room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main ticketing point of contact in the control room while on shift.
  • Receive ticketing-related issues and escalate them to the Head of Ticketing or the appropriate person within the control room.
  • Collate daily ticketing reports from each venue during the shift.
  • Transfer venue reporting data into RAVEN accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all daily reports are saved and logged correctly within SharePoint.
  • Provide ticketing stats, updates, and status reports to GOC staff when requested.
  • Support clear communication between venue ticketing teams, the control room, and relevant stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Ticketing operations experience.
  • Event or live operations experience.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Confident using radio communications.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling reports and data.
