Showcase Your Experience

With a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience required, make sure to highlight relevant projects or audits you've worked on. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and demonstrate your impact clearly.

Ask Insightful Questions

Interviews are a two-way street! Prepare thoughtful questions about the organisation's audit processes or challenges they face. This not only shows your interest but also helps you gauge if the role is the right fit for you.

Be Flexible and Adaptable

Given the hybrid working options, express your willingness to adapt to different working environments. Share examples of how you've successfully navigated remote work or collaborated with teams in various locations, as this will resonate well with the interviewers.
