The Senior PMO Manager will lead the development and maturation of the Programme Management Office (PMO) within the Directorate. The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective governance, assurance, planning and delivery support across a complex portfolio of regulatory, operational and transformation programmes. This includes designing, embedding and continually improving PMO standards, frameworks and processes to support consistent, high-quality delivery.
Working closely with senior leaders, the role provides insight and control to enable informed decision-making, supports portfolio prioritisation and helps optimise the use of resources. The post holder will drive improvements in programme, project and portfolio management capability, ensuring that delivery approaches are aligned with strategic objectives.
