A Glasgow based Housing Association are seeking an experienced Temporary Senior Maintenance Officer to support the delivery of high-quality maintenance and asset management services.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee responsive, void, planned and cyclical maintenance works
- Manage contractor performance, quality and compliance
- Carry out property inspections and monitor repairs
- Support health & safety and property compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and support performance reporting
- Deliver excellent customer service and value for money
About you:
- Experience in housing/property maintenance or asset management
- Knowledge of compliance and health & safety requirements
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
