We are currently recruiting for a Property Officer to join the team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with potential to extend subject to service requirements. This is a home-based role, with occasional office meetings and regular site visits to properties. The successful candidate will manage their own diary and organise their working week to meet service demands.

- Managing planned maintenance programmes
- Coordinating and overseeing voids works

- Managing a geographical patch of approximately 400 properties
