They are currently engaged in a number of projects ranging in size across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Retail, Healthcare and more. Currently seeking a MEP Revit / Senior Technician to join their team.
Role- Creating and maintaining 3D models of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems using Revit software.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the building design.
- Assisting in the coordination and clash detection of MEP systems with other trades.
- Generating detailed drawings, diagrams and documentation for construction and installation purposes.
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Revit software and MEP design practices.
- Knowledge and experience working with Revit software in a MEP environment.
- Good understanding of MEP systems, including industry codes, standards and best practices.
- Previous experience with a consultancy or similar business.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other team members.
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays.
- 9 day fortnight (every 2nd Friday/Monday off).
- Hybrid working.
- 5% pension.
