We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Officer to join a local housing organisation on a 3-month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing void properties, ensuring homes are brought up to lettable standard.
- Investigating and managing damp and mould cases, arranging inspections and remedial works.
- Supporting delivery of a new kitchen replacement programme.
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Requirements:
- Experience working in social housing maintenance, repairs, or property management.
- Knowledge of voids processes and damp & mould cases.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing contractors.
