Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting an organised and customer-focused Maintenance Co-ordinator to help deliver a high-quality repairs and maintenance service to tenants. This is a temporary role to start ASAP and will be for around 8 weeks (however may be extended).
You will coordinate responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical and planned maintenance programmes, working closely with trades and external contractors. The role also includes overseeing landlord safety compliance (gas, electrical, fire, asbestos and legionella), monitoring contractor performance, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance.
Experience required for the role is:
- Experience in housing, repairs or property maintenance
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage contractors and monitor performance
- Good IT skills (housing system experience desirable)
