Location: Glasgow - Hybrid & community-based
Duration: 3 months initially. We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer to deliver high-quality housing management services across a designated patch. Immediate or ASAP start required.
Key Duties:- Manage rent arrears, allocations, voids and tenancy issues
- Handle anti-social behaviour and complaints
- Provide housing advice and tenant support
- Work with partners and engage with the local community
- Experience in a housing position
- Strong knowledge of core housing management functions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage a busy, varied workload
- Housing Qualification desirable
