Morgan Hunt are working in partnership with a UK Government organisation to appoint an experienced AI Service Designer with active SC clearance. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI-enabled services are designed and delivered within a secure, high-impact environment - ensuring solutions are user-centred, ethically sound and operationally effective.
The Role
As an AI Service Designer, you will play a key role in defining and designing end-to-end services that leverage AI, data and automation. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with both user needs and organisational goals.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience designing end-to-end services within complex organisations
- Proven capability in service design methodologies, including user journey mapping and service blueprints
- Solid understanding of AI, data and automation - both their capabilities and limitations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including ethical and governance considerations
Desirable Experience
- Exposure to generative AI tools or Copilot-style platforms
- Experience working within the public sector or regulated environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience measuring and improving service performance
