A housing organisation is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to support their frontline Housing Management team on an initial 8-week assignment.

You'll act as a first point of contact for tenants and visitors, handling a range of enquiries including repairs, housing applications, rent payments and general advice, alongside providing reception, telephone and administrative support.

Key duties include:
  • Managing face-to-face and telephone enquiries
  • Logging and processing repairs and housing enquiries
  • Taking rent payments and completing basic reconciliations
  • General housing administration, data entry and reporting
  • Reception and switchboard cover
About you:
  • Strong customer service and admin skills
  • Experience in housing or a similar public-facing environment preferred
