Job Description
Morgan Hunt are recruiting an Estates Operative for a social housing organisation in Renfrewshire. We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Estates Operative to help keep the local community clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key duties include:
- General caretaking & minor repairs
- Cleaning communal areas & preparing void properties
- Garden maintenance under our assistance scheme
- Litter picking, waste collection & estate inspections
- Supporting residents with excellent customer care
What we're looking for:
- A team player with a positive, "can do" attitude
- Physically able to move bins and perform manual tasks
- Experience working with the public
- Driving licence essential
- Caretaking experience preferred
This is initially an 8 week opportunity but could go longer term.
