Job Description

Morgan Hunt are recruiting an Estates Operative for a social housing organisation in Renfrewshire. We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Estates Operative to help keep the local community clean, safe, and welcoming.
Key duties include:

  • General caretaking & minor repairs
  • Cleaning communal areas & preparing void properties
  • Garden maintenance under our assistance scheme
  • Litter picking, waste collection & estate inspections
  • Supporting residents with excellent customer care

What we're looking for:

  • A team player with a positive, "can do" attitude
  • Physically able to move bins and perform manual tasks
  • Experience working with the public
  • Driving licence essential
  • Caretaking experience preferred

This is initially an 8 week opportunity but could go longer term.
