Due to our vision of growth, we are currently recruiting an Experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Morgan Hunt's Construction Team in Edinburgh. This desk will involve recruiting into the private sector Construction industry.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Base (Plus Commission) depending on experience/level.

Location: Edinburgh with Hybrid working. 2-3 days office based.

This is a full-time role; however, flexible working arrangements, including a four-day working week, may be considered for candidates returning to work following maternity leave or those with caring responsibilities or other significant commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Background in Construction Recruitment, e.g., Site Managers, Property & Surveying, Trades & Labour (agency recruitment).
  • Good research skills and the desire to be an expert in your field.
  • Desire to develop relationships and ability to create rapport with people at all levels, face to face and on the phone.
  • Targeted advertising and networking through LinkedIn and other relevant professional media sources.
  • Monitoring job boards.
  • Administrative compliance - effectively registering candidates to build candidate database.
  • Positively grows both personal and Morgan Hunt brand.
  • Consistent telephone contact.
