Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a busy public sector environment on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual with a strong maintenance management background to secure a long-term role.
Applicants can come from any recognised trade background, including electrical, mechanical, or joinery disciplines.
- Managing day-to-day maintenance operations
- Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Managing and updating computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Coordinating contractors and maintenance teams
- Monitoring performance, repairs, and reactive maintenance works
- Supporting continuous improvement across facilities operations
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in a recognised electrical, mechanical, or joinery trade discipline
- Proven experience within facilities management and maintenance operations
- Experience managing PPM schedules and computerised maintenance repair systems
Additional Information:
- £36 per hour
