An organisation within the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Officer to join its Corporate Services team for an anticipated duration of 6 months.
This varied role supports the effective day-to-day running of the organisation, providing corporate, administrative, IT, HR and facilities support while delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Office administration, facilities and contract coordination
- HR and governance administration, including meetings and minute-taking
- Internal and external communications, publications and website updates
- Acting as main contact for IT and telephony providers
- Health & safety administration and compliance support
