Compliance Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a 3 month post for a Compliance Assistant. The role will be full time office based and will involve managing compliance for fire safety, gas servicing, electrical systems, and asbestos management.

The main duties of the role will be:

• data management & data entry
• managing compliance dashboard
• contacting tenants & contractors to arrange appointments
• liaising with internal teams (maintenance & housing)

You must have excellent admin and organisational skills and also have excellent attention to detail.

The role will be to start ASAP.
