Job Description
My civil service client based in Glasgow is seeking 5x Compliance Analysts to join their team on a temporary basis. My client is seeking to pay £13.50 per hour, with 1 day a week required in the office and a 37-hour working week with an early finish on a Friday.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs
Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the role and team in which you will be placed, but are likely to include:
Investigation and Case Management
– Contributing to compliance or enforcement activity in relation to participants and other companies, producing high-quality, timely, and robust analysis of potential issues.
– Making evidence-based recommendations: identifying & escalating key issues as well as assisting in the management of risk.
– Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document intelligence on compliance to inform casework.
Key Stakeholder Relationships
These vary depending on the specific role but are likely to include:
Internal
– Colleagues in the Compliance and Enforcement Profession
– Colleagues in other Delivery & Schemes portfolios including Operations, Policy, and Digital
– Legal
– Communications
Role Criteria
Essential
– The ability to collect, analyse, and investigate qualitative and quantitative data and evidence to arrive at conclusions and offer recommendations (Lead criteria).
– Good written and verbal communication skills that effectively communicate complex issues to non-expert audiences.
– Ability to proactively prioritise and plan your work and deliver quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
