Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a large maintenance organisation working across domestic and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term work with a well-established maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out internal plastering works including:
- Skimming
- Patch plastering
- Bonding and repairs
- Removing damaged wall and floor tiles where required
- Completing external rendering and patch repairs
- Preparing surfaces prior to plastering and decorating
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a plasterer within maintenance or social housing environments
- Ability to carry out a range of multi-trade tasks
- Experience with both internal and external repair works
- Full UK driving licence - Van provided
- Reliable, hard-working and able to manage workload effectively
