You will hold overall editorial responsibility for the journal and play a pivotal role in developing and executing its editorial strategy. You will lead the editorial team, commission and manage content, ensure the scientific accuracy and independence of all articles, and uphold the highest standards of editorial integrity and relevance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the editorial strategy in collaboration with the Editorial Board, ensuring alignment with the journal’s mission and values. Maintain and enhance the journal’s position as a trusted, independent source of information, free from commercial bias. Lead and inspire the editorial team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Stay abreast of developments in medicines, therapeutics, clinical practice, and publishing trends to ensure the journal remains current and influential. Represent the journal externally at conferences, meetings, and with key stakeholders to promote visibility and impact. Skills
