A global FMCG organisation based in Stockport are currently recruiting for an Engineering Shift Lead to join their Maintenance Department on a permanent basis.

Work arrangement/Shift:
Hours when on shift are 06:30 - 18:30. Week 1: 4 nights and 3 off; Week 2: 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights; Week 3: 3 off, 4 days; Week 4: Week off.

- Working on a reactive and preventative basis in a fast-paced environment
- Liaising with the Engineering Manager on LEAN / CI implementation practices
