A globally recognised FMCG organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights)
Salary: £51,350 plus benefits package
This role will be working in a clean room environment maintaining processing equipment, industrial ovens, mixers, conveyors and packaging machines across their busy production line. This particular site has a range of specialist machinery that manufacture bespoke products for one of the most well-known brands in the country.
Key duties include:
- Ability to logically fault find basic electrical/electronic, mechanical or pneumatic circuits.
- Read electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Carry out reactive work as well as Planned / Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Fault finding activities.
- Basic mechanical work.
To be considered for the role, candidates will have proven experience as a maintenance engineer/technician in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will also hold a formal Engineering qualification equivalent to an NVQ Level 3 or higher.
