A global marine OEM company based in Fareham are currently seeking a Marine Sales Executive to join their established team. The primary responsibilities of the position will be to account manage up to 60 UK customers (retail and distribution) and support all aspects of product sales. Developing sales plans that will effectively address all customer segments available within the territories. Identifying and creating new sales opportunities for dealers and consumers. Developing an effective distribution network through the dealers to allow rapid and economical products delivery to customers in the territory. Visit trade customers within the regions regularly. To ensure that the dealer is promoting products and is offering an effective service to the end user, wherever located. Attend trade shows and boat shows to exhibit products The position is full time on site with up to 50% domestic travel – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. As well as salary this position comes with a company car, quarterly/annual bonus, 4 x salary life assurance, 25 days holiday plus BH, pension scheme up to 9%, private health care. To be considered for this position candidates need to have proven experiencein sales and customer service and a knowledge of marine industry.
