Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 days / 2 nights and 4 off). Would be required solely on days from time to time.

A global FMCG organisation, representing one of the biggest brands in the UK, are currently recruiting for a Logistics Front Line Manager (FLM) to join their business on a permanent basis in Stoke-On-Trent.

The Logistics FLM will oversee Logistics Planning, manage Warehouse operations, and Drivers to ensure internal operations (pick efficiencies, stock movement, stock accuracies) along with incoming raw materials / ingredients and outgoing deliveries and loadings are efficient, compliant, and accurate.

This position requires someone with proven Warehouse / Logistics Management experience within a fast-paced environment. Experience in implementing LEAN / Continuous Improvement projects is also essential. This will be an opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on things and make meaningful improvements that will yield positive results for the wider business.
