A global organisation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to work at their site in Fareham. Working in a high technology environment, the Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for shaping the architecture and technical direction of the clients portfolio of products. The selected candidate will work very closely with Product and Project Management to turn new concepts and customer driven features into clear, actionable specifications that guide development from the very start.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working as part of a small team of Technical Leaders across all product disciplines
- Working closely with Product and Project Managers to provide technical insight at the early stage of projects
- Providing expertise to both NPI and initiative-based projects
- Creating product specifications to ensure new features, standards and compliance requirements are captured at the outset of projects
