You will be part of a collaborative R&D environment, supporting hands-on product testing that feeds directly into global projects.

What you'll do:

  • Set up and operate laboratory equipment and test rigs following established procedures.
  • Carry out test activities, record accurate data, and report any deviations or issues.
  • Support safety, compliance and routine checks within the test facility.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, equipment checks and calibration tasks.
  • Work closely with engineers and wider technical teams, providing test data and observations.
  • Contribute to 5S, continuous improvement and maintaining an organised lab environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technician experience.
  • Experience in a complex manufacturing or product testing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a methodical approach.
  • Safety-conscious mindset and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
