Job Description

A forward-thinking engineering working on next-generation mechanical technology is looking for a Production Technician to work in their state-of-the-art test workshops.

You will be part of a collaborative R&D environment, supporting hands-on product testing that feeds directly into global projects.

What youll do Set up and operate laboratory equipment and test rigs following established procedures.

Carry out test activities, record accurate data, and report any deviations or issues.

Support safety, compliance and routine checks within the test facility.

Assist with troubleshooting, equipment checks and calibration tasks.

Work closely with engineers and wider technical teams, providing test data and observations.

Contribute to 5S, continuous improvement and maintaining an organised lab environment.

What youll bring Level 3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline, or equivalent technician experience.

Experience in a complex manufacturing or product testing environment.

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a methodical approach.
