Role Purpose

The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for Morgan Fuels across all brands, products, and markets. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, driving commercial growth, supporting sales teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across the Group while adapting to local market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement a Group-wide marketing strategy aligned with Morgan Fuels commercial and growth objectives; lead brand positioning and value proposition development across fuels, lubricants, energy solutions, and related services; identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy and campaigns.
  • Brand & Communications: Own and protect the Morgan Fuels brand and sub-brands across all channels; ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across digital, print, sponsorships, and on-site branding; manage PR, corporate communications, and stakeholder messaging where required.
  • Campaign & Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns (B2B and B2C); oversee digital marketing, website content, social media, email marketing, and CRM activity; track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance, using data to optimise future activity.
  • Sales & Commercial Support: Work closely with sales and operations teams to develop sales enablement tools, proposals, and promotional materials; support product launches, pricing initiatives, and customer acquisition/retention programmes; translate technical products and services into clear, compelling customer benefits.
  • Team & Agency Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team across the Group; manage external agencies, designers, and suppliers to ensure quality and value for money; control and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Group & Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central marketing lead across multiple business units and locations; collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing with strategic priorities; support ESG, sustainability, and corporate responsibility messaging where applicable.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce MC Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Proven experience in a senior or group marketing role
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-location marketing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset

  • Experience in fuels, energy, logistics, industrial, or B2B environments
