Our client a leading Healthcare company based in central London is looking for a remote lead DevOps Architect. Will be working collaboratively with the existing DevOps engineering team alongside the lead DevOps Architect, the individual will have an influence and diverse workload covering. * Design Automation of infrastructure and software rollout using Azure DevOps pipelines, including quality gates such as peer reviews. * Design and develop Infrastructure, using an IaC approach, that aligns with industry best practices such as the Azure Well-Architected Framework. * Design and develop automatic scaling and highly available solutions. * Work closely with other departments, such as Development and Architecture, to ensure that Azure technologies are being used correctly and efficiently. * Work closely with the Security teams to design secure solutions from the get-go and assist with validating designs against best practices. * Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and advising on how they could be used to better the existing architecture (this will likely include completing a PoC. Key Skills:- * Strong documentation and diagramming skills to convey complex concepts in a simple manner. * An understanding of Azure PaaS components. * AKS (deployment + management) * API Management * App Services * Azure SQL * Functions * Networking * App Insights * Data Factory * Databricks * Proven experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) * Solid understanding of: * Terraform * HELM charts * Flux * Powershell / Azure CLI Advantageous: * Healthcare or Government related industry experience * Understanding of JIRA and Confluence Please send up date CV for this excellent role
