My exclusive client, based in Middleton (North Manchester) is a highly profitable and fast growing £30m t/o specialist Contract Engineering SME delivering turnkey high margin Installation projects. In addition, the successful strategy to begin the process to roll out local Service hubs across the UK has achieved significant further increased profit uplift from maintenance services and replacement spare parts on installed capital equipment. The MD/Founder has also strongly re-invested ongoing profits into new state-of-the-art Production equipment at the Middleton main Production/Operations base which has led to winning a number of new Blue Chip customers and also been recognised with several Industry Awards for Excellence. The v high calibre entrepreneurial MD is now looking to selectively recruit a highly capable and "switched on" Finance & Operations Director to operate as his "right hand" to deliver this ongoing exciting growth strategy (both Organic plus potential targeted Acquisitions) as well as to further professionalise the entire company infrastructure in order to attract significant new PE minority investment within the next 18 months - 2 years with the definite clear intention for the high quality Management Team to remain in place for the longer term.
