About the role: As a Sales Executive with Morgan Clark, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, landlords and businesses who have suffered significant property damage. You'll offer immediate advice, assess the situation, and guide them through the initial stages of their claim. This is a field‐based role with travel across the Southeast region. No two days are the same – one morning you might be meeting a homeowner after a flood, the next you could be arriving at the scene of a property badly damaged by a fire.
Key responsibilities:
- Visiting properties following major incidents such as fire, flood or escape of water.
- Offering clear, empathetic guidance to policyholders during a difficult time.
- Assessing damage and advising on claim potential.
- Negotiating agreement to appoint Morgan Clark.
Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in a public facing sales role (such as car sales, energy/home improvements).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results focused.
- Flexible attitude to work and working hours.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
