About the Role

As a Loss Assessor with Morgan Clark, you’ll manage both residential and commercial property claims from instruction through to settlement.

Claims vary from £50,000 to £5 + million

This is a flexible hybrid role supported by a dedicated back-office team.

You\’ll have autonomy over your caseload while being part of a collaborative and supportive company.

What We’re Looking For

• Loss Assessor – minimum of 2 years working as a Loss Adjuster.
• Senior Loss Assessor – minimum of 5 years working as a Loss Adjuster.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage a large and varied caseload independently
• Excellent client relationship skills and a calm, professional manner
• Methodical, conscientious, and adaptable – especially during surge periods
