About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day operations of our boutique. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail, a keen eye for fashion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll do:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead by example to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Assist in managing, motivating, and developing the sales team.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked and efficiently managed.
- Oversee and support point‑of‑sale processes.
- Actively participate in receiving and managing new shipments.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and brand information.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
