We are a luxury multi‑brand boutique, based in Harrogate, specialising in curated designer womenswear, offering an elevated and personalised shopping experience. Our store showcases an exclusive edit of international and emerging designers, catering to a discerning clientele who value style, quality, and exceptional service.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day operations of our boutique. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in luxury retail, a keen eye for fashion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team management, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead by example to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Assist in managing, motivating, and developing the sales team.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked and efficiently managed.
  • Oversee and support point‑of‑sale processes.
  • Actively participate in receiving and managing new shipments.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, trends, and brand information.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
