Role Description
We are looking for an organised, proactive and personable Property Manager to join our lettings team in Montpellier.
As a Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties, providing a proactive and responsive service to both landlords and tenants.
This is a varied role where you will oversee the day-to-day management of properties, coordinate maintenance, manage tenancy matters and ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
You will act as a key point of contact throughout the tenancy, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while making sure issues are followed through and resolved efficiently.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well and is comfortable managing a busy and varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Arranging and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with contractors and following works through to completion
- Conducting and reviewing property inspections
- Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Managing tenancy issues professionally and efficiently
- Liaising closely with the wider lettings and accounts teams
- Providing landlords and tenants with a high standard of customer service
- Keeping accurate property and tenancy records

- Previous property management or lettings experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and solution focused approach
- Professional, calm and confident when dealing with problems
- Comfortable using property management software and general IT systems
- Full UK driving licence preferred
