Assistant Finance Controller / Finance Generalist Location: Swansea Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract Immediate Start, Excellent salary package Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Finance Generalist to join our Swansea-based finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role has been created to provide critical finance support during the implementation of our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system. Key Responsibilities * Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and journal processing * Maintain accurate general ledger records and balance sheet reconciliations * Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments and variance analysis * Prepare and support monthly management accounts and financial reporting * Assist with forecasting, budgeting and group reporting requirements * Help maintain finance documentation and controls during the ERP implementation About You * Previous experience within a Finance Generalist, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or Assistant Controller role * Strong understanding of month-end processes, reconciliations and financial reporting * Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or operational environment would be advantageous * Familiarity with ERP systems * ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification desirable but not essential * Qualified by experience candidates are encouraged to apply
