Overview Global Supply Chain Director – Performance Carbon Location: UK/Europe Remote Reports to: Global Operations & Supply Chain Director, Performance Carbon Direct reports: Global Procurement Manager, Master Data Manager, SIOP Manager, Supply Chain Analyst Are you a strategic supply chain leader with global experience in manufacturing? We’re hiring a senior global supply chain leader to shape and drive performance across our Performance Carbon business. This is a high-impact role, responsible for setting strategy and leading execution across the full global supply chain – from planning and procurement to logistics, inventory, and master data. You’ll be a key member of the Performance Carbon Operations leadership team, working closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver service, efficiency, and business growth. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing Develop and lead the global supply chain strategy, with a focus on scalability, customer satisfaction, and performance. Build and embed a robust global SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process across the business. Lead a high-performing, globally distributed team – fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and HR teams to align supply chain plans with business priorities. Oversee global procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and category management with a focus on cost, risk, and sustainability. Drive logistics, warehousing, and distribution improvements – ensuring compliance, speed, and cost control. Champion supply chain data quality and governance, using analytics and reporting to enable effective decision-making. Qualifications What you’ll bring Significant experience leading global supply chain or operations functions in a manufacturing environment. A track record of implementing and improving SIOP or S&OP processes. Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory planning, and master data management. Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing international teams. Confident working across regions and functions to influence and align priorities. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering. Fluent English is essential. ERP/MRP implementation experience and lean/Six Sigma knowledge are a plus.
