Morgan Advanced Materials in Corby is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead and secure tooling reliability in our injection moulding operation. You will supervise production tooling, perform minor repairs, and coordinate larger repairs with technical engineers to keep processes running smoothly.
You will manage tooling records, locations and shot counts, provide tool-setting training to production teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives while prioritising health and safety.
