The OT/IT Integration Lead will be responsible for building and leading the digital manufacturing function within IT. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for all initiatives related to Operational Technology (OT) environments, their integration with IT, and the modernization of manufacturing systems. The role will establish governance, security, and alignment across all OT systems, ensuring they are managed in line with enterprise IT standards while enabling smart manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities
- OT Environment Oversight: Lead the discovery and assessment of existing OT environments; develop and implement a plan to bring OT under centralized governance and control; identify risks and opportunities within the OT landscape.
- Governance and Collaboration: Form and lead a cross‑functional OT Working Group comprising stakeholders from IT, manufacturing, security, and plant operations; partner with other IT teams to develop policies, architecture, standards, and procedures for OT/IT integration, security, and lifecycle management; establish and enforce a governance framework for OT systems across all manufacturing sites.
- Security and Risk Management: Assess and improve the security posture of OT environments in coordination with IT security; implement network segmentation, monitoring, and secure remote access practices for OT systems in collaboration with Morgan’s network team; ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443).
- MES and Digital Manufacturing Enablement: Serve as the technical lead for MES platform architecture, governance, development, and deployment; drive standardization and scalability of MES solutions across plants; collaborate with enterprise architecture and business stakeholders to align MES with broader digital transformation goals.
- Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a roadmap for OT/IT convergence, MES deployment, and digital manufacturing maturity, driving business prioritization of MES investments; provide input into the enterprise architecture for digital manufacturing solutions.
Qualifications Required Qualifications and Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing IT/OT environments.
- Proven track record of leading OT/IT integration projects.
- Hands‑on experience with MES selection, design, and implementation.
- Experience in setting up and leading governance structures.
Technical Knowledge
- Deep understanding of OT systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS), industrial networking, and their interfaces with IT.
- Familiarity with common MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Digital, Ectobox, Ignition, Tulip, Litmus, etc.).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards relevant to OT (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
- Understanding of data integration, IIoT platforms, and edge computing.
Leadership and Communication
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business‑aligned initiatives.
- Comfortable leading cross‑functional teams and driving change in a federated environment.
