We're looking for a General Manager for a recent Capex community pub. Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

SITUATED in a prime location with a strong, established customer base, this well-invested site currently delivers weekly sales of approximately £25,000, split evenly between food and drink (50/50).
The business benefits from a steady trade pattern, excellent local support, and a large outdoor garden that provides additional opportunities for events, family occasions, and seasonal sales growth.
This is a substantial CAPEX site which requires an operator with a strong understanding of both food-led trading and sport-driven occasions.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating compelling reasons for customers to visit, driving footfall, and building on the pub's already impressive growth journey.
Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 Bedroom apartment with lounge & Kitchen.
