MoreYoga is a high-growth, multi-site membership business with 40+ studios across London and an ambitious expansion plan, opening 8–12 new studios per year. This role is built specifically for this phase of growth.
As Performance & Social Growth Manager, you will own social and paid performance as core acquisition channels, tightly linked to month-to-month membership growth across existing and newly launching studios. This is a hands-on scale role. You will have clear ownership of outcomes - net new members, CPA, and growth efficiency - with the expectation that strong performance leads to rapid progression as marketing investment and complexity increase. You will be accountable for outcomes: member growth, efficiency, and scale.
You are our Growth Driver & Scale Builder. As the Growth Driver & Scale Builder, your superpower is turning social and paid performance into a predictable engine for member growth across a fast-expanding studio estate. You don’t post for the sake of posting - you build systems, spot patterns, and scale what works. You understand that real growth comes from the intersection of creative insight, commercial thinking, and relentless optimisation.
You think in funnels, not formats. You see Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms not as channels, but as distribution engines - places where the right message, at the right moment, can unlock meaningful, measurable member growth. You’re driven by outcomes: net new members, efficient CPA, and sustained scale.
What sets you apart is your pace and ownership mindset. You’re comfortable making fast decisions based on data, testing constantly, and doubling down quickly when something works. You test relentlessly, learn fast, and act decisively. You know that growth-stage businesses don’t win through perfect plans - they win by executing, iterating, and scaling.
You enjoy being close to the numbers and closer to the outcome. You don’t manage growth from a distance - you own it, tracking CPA, volume, and efficiency at a studio-by-studio level and scaling what works, quickly. In a business that’s opening 8–12 new studios per year, you thrive on momentum. You want responsibility, visibility, and the chance to build something that grows alongside you. For you, growth isn’t just a metric - it’s a mindset.
