Location: London (Hybrid)

Hours: Part time - 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday within working hours (9am - 5:30pm - working pattern to be agreed with successful applicant). Occasional weekend work may be required.

Contract Type: PAYE

Salary: From £28k pro rata for London based applicants based on experience.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-focused Yoga Teacher Training Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our training programmes. This is an administrative role focused primarily on managing the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Support Inbox - responding to enquiries, assisting students, processing payments and deferrals, and ensuring clear communication throughout the student journey. You’ll report to the Head of Product and work closely with the Yoga Teacher Training Manager, who oversees the wider programme and finances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the YTT Support Inbox - respond to all student and prospective student enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support with student onboarding, enrolment tracking, and maintaining accurate student records.
  • Handle payment queries, deferrals, and general course administration.
  • Update and maintain Google Sheets, course documents, and databases.
  • Assist in tracking payments and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Help organise open evenings and info sessions, including scheduling and follow-ups.
  • Order and manage course supplies and materials as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Product and YTT Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational and admin skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Confident using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable.

  • MindBody – Booking and scheduling system.
  • NetGym – Membership and class management platform.
  • Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail – For documentation, spreadsheets, and communication.
  • Excel – Data tracking and reporting.

Must-Haves

  • Yoga Teacher with 200 Hour Training Certification.
  • Based in London with the ability to work both remotely and in-studio/office as required.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for yoga, wellness, and community-led experiences.
