The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our established and expanding property team based in central Brighton. The successful candidate will have proven experience in multi-site property management, hold an IOSH Managing Safely qualification, and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple active projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for all building contracts.
- Working closely with contractors to ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and project timescales.
- Conducting daily visits across multiple sites and reporting progress to Directors and colleagues.
- Organising and attending site meetings to review and discuss ongoing projects.
- Assisting with sourcing building materials, obtaining costings, and liaising directly with trade suppliers.
- Preparing and issuing construction tender documentation.
- Coordinating invoicing and payment approvals with the Accounts Team.
- Liaising with Property Managers regarding major maintenance works across the existing portfolio.
Requirements
- Previous property and site management experience is essential.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence required.
