Main duties of the job:
- 5 sessions per week: Monday am and pm, Tuesday am and Friday am and pm.
- Providing high‑quality, patient‑centred care in routine GP clinics.
- Undertaking home visits in a timely and safe manner.
- Managing and actioning correspondence from secondary care.
- Being fully involved in all aspects of general practice daily operations.
- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary teams.
Job responsibilities:
- 9‑month fixed‑term contract covering 4 sessions over two days, including home visits.
- Signing prescriptions and managing own correspondence from secondary care.
- Participating in the day‑to‑day running of the practice.

Qualifications:
- Full GMC registration.
- Inclusion on the NHS England Performers list.
