We’re looking for an applications technologist to support the development of food and beverage prototypes. This is a hands-on role covering formulation, prototyping and testing across multiple product categories.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and testing food & drink prototypes
  • Working across beverages, powders, dairy & plant-based
  • Assessing flavour, sweetness, and overall sensory quality
  • Running trials and turning results into real insights
  • Supporting customer projects & external partners

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree in Food Science / Food Tech / Nutrition
  • Passion for hands-on product development and formulation
  • Detail-focused and organised
  • Keen to learn and experiment
  • Comfortable in a lab / kitchen environment
  • Must have full right to work and not require sponsorship

Bonus points if you’ve done a placement, worked with sweeteners / flavour or sports nutrition.
