They are now looking for a Seasonal Plant Supervisor to support the Plant Area Manager in delivering a commercially successful and smoothly run department. You don't need specialist plant knowledge - just solid retail experience, great leadership skills, and a hands-on approach. With alternate weekends, no late evenings, and genuine progression opportunities, this is a fantastic role for someone looking to grow their retail career in a stable and supportive business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the team.
