Job Description Technical Account Manager - Fresh Produce \n Ready to take your technical career to the next level? \n We're working with a leading fresh produce business supplying major UK supermarkets and processing customers, who are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their team. \n This is a customer-facing role where you'll own a key retail account, build strong relationships and make sure technical, quality and food safety standards are delivered across the supply chain. \n \n Managing key supermarket customer account \n Leading customer meetings, reviews and technical plans \n Managing specifications, portals, complaints and KPIs \n Supporting NPD, artwork and product approvals \n Driving quality improvement and reducing customer complaints \n Supporting BRCGS, supplier, grower and ethical audits \n Managing organic certification and customer audits \n Working with suppliers, growers and international partners \n Supporting pesticide, microbiological and food safety requirements \n \n What we're looking for: \n \n 5+ years' technical experience within fresh produce \n Strong supermarket/customer -facing experience \n BRCGS and audit knowledge \n HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 \n Experience with customer portals and specifications \n Supplier/grower auditing experience \n Strong communication and organisational skills \n A proactive, commercial and can-do attitude \n \n Organic produce knowledge?
