As a seasonal department manager, you will be heading up the Christmas and furniture department, running a small team of 1 full-time staff member, plus 4-5 seasonal staff throughout the year. You'll help lead, develop, and motivate your team, while ensuring the seasonal department runs smoothly and to a high standard. In the run-up to December, you'll shape a magical Christmas department, then plan and create the seasonal furniture department for the upcoming spring months.
