The Opportunity
This newly created role places you right at the centre of customer relationships. You’ll be the trusted technical voice for retail partners — protecting standards, solving problems, and driving improvements from field to fork.
You’ll work hands-on with:
- Retail customers
- Internal Technical & Operational teams
- Product, packaging & sustainability projects

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the go-to technical contact for retail customers
- Manage customer technical requirements, specifications, and standards
- Lead responses to technical queries, complaints, and risk assessments
- Support new product launches, packaging changes, and innovation projects
- Ensure all customer-facing documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability
- Analyse trends and data to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
- Support ESG and sustainability initiatives that truly matter
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in a technical role within food, FMCG, retail, or supply chain
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence managing multiple priorities
- Good MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
- A genuine passion for fresh produce, quality, and innovation
