MorePeople are working with an established food business in Cambridgeshire that manufactures premium products for many of the retailers as well as other customers who is looking for a Technical Assistant to join their Technical team.
As a vital member of the technical team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with BRC and customer requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure meticulous control, updating, and amendment of documents within the QMS.
- Keep all matrices up-to-date, reflecting the latest information for efficient and accurate tracking.
- Compile and analyse monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to complaints.
- Take charge of writing product specifications.
- Keep customer online specification systems up-to-date to maintain transparency and alignment with customer expectations.
- Maintain and update the approved supplier list, ensuring it aligns with quality standards.
- Conduct regular supplier of services reviews, monitoring and assessing supplier performance to uphold quality standards.
