I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Engineer to join a well-established, food processing site in the Measham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that's growing steadily, with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.

You will be working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights), supporting the maintenance and reliability of fast-moving production equipment.

The Role:
  • Carrying out breakdown and preventative maintenance across processing and packing lines
  • Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults quickly
  • Working as part of a small, experienced team to minimise downtime
  • Keeping maintenance records up to date and supporting continuous improvement
What You'll Need:
  • Experience working in food manufacturing or FMCG environments
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
  • A hands-on, can-do approach and good team communication
